What we collect

Your email, name and country when you create a Charmy ID; an optional phone number; what you favourite, watch, enrol in or post. We detect your approximate city from your network address to show local time and currency; we do not store it with your account.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. We do not take card details — payments are made by you in your own UPI app and you tell us the transaction number. We keep bank details of people we pay (rights holders, creators) sealed and reveal them only with a logged reason.

Your rights

Export or delete your account any time from your account page. Deletion takes effect after a 7-day grace period. Questions: privacy@charmy.global.
