Charmy is operated by Charmy Production House, Pune, India. By creating a Charmy ID you agree to use the ecosystem lawfully, to respect other members, and to accept that content you submit through Studio may be reviewed, edited for accuracy and published with your name as contributor.

Media on Charmy is either public domain or streamed under a written agreement with its rights holder. If you believe something infringes your rights, use the takedown form; we respond within 48 hours.

Purchases are made by Scan & Pay. An entitlement starts when our team confirms your payment, normally within one working day. Refunds are handled case by case by writing to support@charmy.global.
